I'm in my final year of a dual degree — B.Com and a Diploma in Special Education — while contributing to LBS Group of Educational Institutions, my father Kuldeep Mathur's life's work. When I joined, I didn't walk in through the director's door. I started from the bottom. That choice shaped everything I believe about work.
